Alternative Music

 The genre of my magazine that i would like to use is Alternative music because it is a verity of music so all ages and most genres can enjoy the magazine, also because i like this type of music and i think it would be fun to create a magazine from it. The style for the magazine will be informative but with lage images of the artists and bands.

Some Alternative Artists: Two door cinema club, Foster the people, Daughter, The black keys, Gin Wigmore, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons, Arcade Fire. 

Research On Alternative Music:

Alternative music emerged from the independent music underground of the 1980s and became widely popular by the 1990s. Although the term was most commonly associated with: loud, distorted guitar sound, its original meaning was broader, referring to a generation of musicians unified by their collective debt to the musical style.
